As the frost settles on the Heath, things are already heating up for the Albury Cricket Club juniors.
Following a landmark 2025 season, we are swinging into 2026 with more momentum, more teams, and more community spirit than ever before.

Reflections on a Historic 2025
Last season was one for the history books. The absolute highlight was the successful launch of our first-ever girls’ team. Seeing girls’ matches played on the hallowed turf of the Heath was a proud moment for the club, proving that cricket at Albury is truly a game for everyone. The energy, talent, and sportsmanship on display set a fantastic foundation for the years to come.

Winter Nets: The Road to Summer Starts Now
We aren't waiting for the sunshine to get started! Our 2026 winter training is already in full swing.

* Where: Cranmore School
* When: Saturday afternoons
* Who: All age groups preparing for the upcoming season.

These sessions are the perfect way to shake off the winter cobwebs and sharpen skills before we move back outdoors. Get in touch for more details.

Friday Nights at the Heath: The Heart of Our Club
As the Easter holidays finish, our legendary Friday evening training sessions return. We pride ourselves on offering a "warm atmosphere" in every sense of the phrase.

* Beginner Friendly: We cater to all abilities. Whether your child is picking up a bat for the first time or looking to refine their bowling, they’ll find a supportive home here.
* Peer Mentoring: One of our favourite traditions is seeing our older junior players stepping up to support the younger years, it’s this "one club" mentality that makes Albury special.
* Social Spirit: While the kids are on the pitch, the rest of the family can relax. The fully licensed bar will be open and the BBQ will be fired up every Friday, serving burgers and hotdogs, making it the perfect start to the weekend for parents and siblings alike.

Looking Ahead: Teams & Ambitions for 2026
This season, Albury Heath will be a hive of activity every Sunday morning. We are proud to field the following teams for the 2026 season:

* U15, U13, and U11 Hardball
* U11 Girls Softball

Building for the Future: A key goal for 2026 is the establishment of a brand-new U9 age group. Our aim is to develop this squad throughout the season, getting them match-ready to officially enter the Surrey League in 2027.
